At the helm of Coffeenatics is Harris Hartanto Tan, a recognized coffee personality whose journey bridges both analytical rigor and artisanal passion. With formal training from the Australian Barista Academy and the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), Harris has developed a strong foundation in specialty coffee, particularly in non-espresso brewing methods, where his passion truly lies
His credentials reflect his commitment to excellence: CQI Q Grader, CQI Q Processor, and SCA Roasting Professional Level. In 2018, he was also invited to serve as a Technical Judge for the Indonesian Roasting Championship, reinforcing his standing within the industry
Beyond technical expertise, Harris is also an active advocate for Indonesian coffee on the global stage. Under his leadership, Coffeenatics has represented Indonesian coffee at international platforms, including the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos
Before co-founding Coffeenatics, Harris gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at Fonterra, followed by four years in his family business, Sumber Waja, where he managed key product procurement. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) from Monash University, graduating as the top student in his cohort with a specialization in Economics and Marketing

As Chief Operating Officer, Norita Chai plays a pivotal role in translating vision into execution. A passionate coffee enthusiast, her dedication to the craft is evident in her hands-on involvement in building Coffeenatics from the ground up
She began her career in Coffeenatics as a Head Barista, where she developed a strong foundation in both technical skill and customer experience. She then progressed to Director of Coffee, taking on a broader role in shaping product quality, training, and standards across the brand, before being appointed as Chief Operating Officer
Like her co-founder, Norita trained at the Australian Barista Academy and the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). She holds multiple professional certifications, including CQI Q Grader, CQI Q Processor, and SCA Barista Professional Level
Under her leadership, Coffeenatics has expanded steadily in both operational scale and physical locations, reflecting her strength in execution and structured growth. Norita is known for her operational discipline and relentless commitment to quality and consistency, ensuring that every Coffeenatics touchpoint, from product to customer experience, reflects the brand’s standards

Driving Coffeenatics’ digital and technological backbone is Boris Hartanto Tan, who serves as Chief Information Officer. His role is central to building a scalable, future-ready business in an increasingly data-driven world
Boris holds an Honours Degree in Biotechnology from Monash University, bringing a strong analytical and scientific foundation to his work. His journey within Coffeenatics reflects a deep, cross-functional understanding of the business, he began as Director of Pastry, later took on the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO), and eventually transitioned into his current position as CIO
Today, Boris oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, core systems, and digital platforms, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and scalable. He also drives AI and automation initiatives, positioning Coffeenatics at the forefront of innovation within the coffee industry. In addition, he leads data analysis and reporting to enable sharper decision-making and improve operational efficiency across the organization
