Coffeenatics’ Pastry is part of Coffeenatics’, founded back in 2020 and led by Co-owner and Boris Hartanto. Initially with a Bachelor of Science and Hons Degree, Boris began embarking on his journey in the patisserie world when he decided to take a professional course at Savour School. Under the tutelage of professional Pastry Chefs such as Kirsten Tibbals, Paul Kennedy and Amaury Guichon, Boris gathered all the knowledge and on-hand experiences back to his home country and started the Coffeenatics Pastry Department

With a commitment to quality, Boris and his team still developing and perfecting their pastry products to better cater to their customer needs and preferences, Incorporating what he learned and add a few twists and turns to his creations

Our goal is to showcase our level of sophistication and prestige towards our products, this greatly inspired the overall menu designs to offer a deeper complexity flavor profile that invites dessert connoisseur and at the same time presented in a way af if the products are architectly crafted
