At Origin: Colombia Caramelo

Earlier this year our coffee team received three Colombian coffee samples from our importer and exporter partner. Among those three, stood one beautiful and delicious coffee from “Narino” with profile of Sweet Caramel, Mellow Citrus Acidity and Chocolate Vanilla all in perfect harmony

Above photo: All “Narino” full washed coffee is dried over “African Drying Bed” keeping the coffee off the ground and allow air to circulate more easily. The end result is cleaner coffee that dry evenly, creating more consistent coffee
