Coffeenatics Shares Perspectives on Future-Proofing Business at Digipreneur Fest 2026
Over the past 11 years, Coffeenatics has taught us that building a business is a continuous process of learning, adapting, and improving. Every challenge has become an opportunity to grow, and we were grateful to share these experiences at Digipreneur Fest 2026, hosted by IMAT Campus
Representing Coffeenatics, our Chief Information Officer and Co-Owner, Boris Hartanto, joined the talk show session titled "Future Proofing Business," where we shared our journey of building a business, adapting to change, and preparing for the future
One of the key messages from the session was that today's digital era offers more opportunities than ever for young people to start a business. Technology, including artificial intelligence can be a powerful tool to help businesses grow, improve customer service, simplify operations, and create better experiences for customers. What matters most is knowing how to use these tools to create real value
We also shared that Coffeenatics didn't grow into three stores overnight. Like many businesses, we started small and continued to improve every step of the way. Every challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt, and build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth
During the discussion, we were asked what has guided Coffeenatics throughout the past 11 years. While growth brings new challenges, our approach has always remained the same: a strong commitment to quality and consistency. Since the day Coffeenatics was founded, we've worked to ensure every cup of coffee delivers the same signature taste, while every product we serve upholds the same standard of quality our customers know and trust
The session concluded with a message for the students: don't be afraid to fail. If you fall short, learn from it, keep trying, and keep improving. More importantly, whatever you choose to pursue, do it wholeheartedly. Be serious about it, stay consistent, and give it your best effort. Over time, that commitment will lead to meaningful and sometimes extraordinary results
