Recipe:

  • Position: Upright
  • Filter: Paper
  • Preparation: Rinsed
  • Coffee: 16.5g (Coarse)
  • Water: 240g (80c)

Method:

  1. 40g of blooming water for 25 sec, stir 5 times
  2. Add 190g of water and seal chamber with plunger
  3. 1 min 20 sec, stir once then press very slowly for 70 sec
  4. Finish pressing by 2 min 40 sec
  5. Serve
